(ERP), MIS & DSS, Competitive

He is the Group Chair of Sectoral
Management.
He holds Bachelor and Masters
Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
MBA in Systems and Operations
Management and a Ph.D. in Operations
Management / Industrial Engineering
area. Prof. Ravi Shankar has
authored books on Supply Chain
Management, Total Quality Management,
ERP, and Industrial Engineering
and Management. With a teaching
experience of over 26 years,
Dr. Ravi Shankar has a rich
consultancy experience with
Xerox India, PDIL, India Today
Group, NISG, LML Kanpur, C.
K. Birla Group, etc. As convener/member
of the team, he has contributed
immensely to many Universities,
Government and Industries Body
such as FICCI, ASSOCHAM, Bureau
of Indian Standard (BIS), Quality
Council of India (QCI), AICTE,IGNOU,UPTechnical
University, Thai Postal Services,
etc.
He has over 125 research publications
in refereed journals and over
90 papers in conferences and
seminars. His research papers
