This is to invite you and the faculty members of your esteemed institute to DREAM (Developing Research Excellence & Awareness in Management): a 2 day Certificate Program conducted by IIT Delhi. This program would help in developing the research capabilities of the faculty and would be helpful in developing their potential/capabilities to position themselves and the institute on cutting edge of Management Research.

This Program intends to be an ideal one for aspiring and current researchers in the field of Management. The program would enable the participants to explore emerging areas in Management. The program also intends to develop capabilities and understanding in evolving a research gap, framing a problem definition and the decision rules to use different research methodologies.

The Resource persons for DREAM would have faculty members from IITs, IIMs and other leading institutions along with the Industry experts. The Participants will be mentored by interactive discussions, lectures, cases and material for developing research acumen. Research issues w.r.t. the varied functional domains (viz. Marketing, Finance, Production, Organization management, HR etc) will be discussed.

The course fee per participant is Rs. 10,000 only and includes the certification cost, registration fee, tea/snacks and lunch. The program would be non-residential.
